These terms govern your use of getalloro.com and, if you become a client, the Alloro service. Using the site or the service means you accept them. If something here doesn't work for your situation, talk to us before you sign up, not after.
Alloro is a growth platform with a done-for-you service for local service businesses: an AI-ready website, local rank tracking, Google Business Profile management, and revenue attribution. What's included in your engagement is what's written in your order or proposal, not what a sales conversation implied.
Your business content, brand, and data stay yours. Pages, content, and reports we produce for your engagement are yours once they're paid for. The Alloro platform, tooling, and methods stay ours.
We tie our work to real numbers, and we still can't lawfully promise rankings, AI citations, or revenue. Search engines and AI systems change without notice. The service is provided "as is," and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You can cancel anytime as described above. We can suspend or end the service for non-payment or misuse, with notice and a chance to fix it where that's reasonable. On exit, you get your data and deliverables; we keep what the law requires and delete the rest on a reasonable schedule.
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA: readable contrast, full keyboard operability, visible focus states, reduced-motion alternatives for every animation, and content that doesn't depend on color alone. That standard applies to this site and to the client sites we build.
If anything here is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard, or any assistive technology, that's a bug, not your problem. Email info@getalloro.com with "Accessibility" in the subject and we'll prioritize a fix and offer the content another way in the meantime.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and say plainly what changed. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
